Hi !

I just figured to build from source and the database contains - an encrypted - password. Could someone please mention which is the inital password? Because this is encrypted and I do not know the algo, I just cannot change it via db-admin!

I am stuck in the init step, please help!!

When you build from src and install you choose your own admin password. Try wiping the db and re-installing if you have forgotten your password.

Hi !

The install did'nt happen, I came directly to the login screen.
Does this mean I should not use "init-mssql2000.sql" directly?
If I drop the db and re-create it, the app does no longer start,
but if I apply "init-mssql2000.sql" the encrypted password
would be there again. Should I edit "init-mssql2000.sql" and
remove the insert statement for the admin user? In this case,
I can also not login.
What do I not understand here?

Thanks++mabra

Set your database connection in the web/config/properties.config then build and run your application. You will be guided throught the install process.
