Hey,
We are in the process of picking a CMS, and one of the majors concerns is the level of support the team provides. How fast is the response time to user's questions in general? Would you recommend Cuyahoga to others? Have you had a good experience using it?

The 'level of support' is based on participation of the user base. Since Cuyahoga is open source and therefore relies on contributions.
I really like using Cuyahoga. I took what was there and made it do what I wanted. I now have a version that uses the very latest NHibernate and Castle, .Net 4 etc...
With MVC and other CMS projects ongoing it is not as active here as it once was. You will still get some help though.
