It is quite a simple process when you get it.
Download SQL Server Management Studio Express and create a new database. Edit the connection string with the new database name. Ensure your site is IIS with ASP.NET. Build and run (if using source code). Installation process is wizard like.
Never had any issues. Have had 3 different databases running from same installation without problem's. Keep going... when you understand it will be worth it.

For whatever reason the IDENTITY in the DEFAULTAPPPOOL had changed back and needed to be changed to LOCALSYSTEM. Everything works and I'm in the admin module. Thanks a lot for all your assistance!
