For anyone who is interested I have made some updates. It all seems fine (albeit with limited testing) running on Win7 64bit IIS 7.5 with:
Converted to .Net4
Latest Castle facilites and services
With NHibernate - 3.1.0.4000
I will post the code as soon as I can.

I have added the latest standard version of the .Net 3.5 build without versioning here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/cuyahoga2/files/The .Net 4.0 build with versioning here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/cuyahoga2/files/cuyahoga.net4.0.temp/They have had a cyclic dependency bug fixed. I only found this when testing on a shared hosting environment. Other small changes and fixes have been made.
