I am a new Cuyahoga developer. Could any one let me know from where we can enable our website for localization & globalization.

Take a look at the Cuyahoga.Core.Util.Globalization class and the Cuyahoga.Modules.LanguageSwitcher module to see how Cuyahoga handles globalization.
